Your privacy
Privacy policy
We keep this simple: we only collect what you choose to share, we use it only to help you, and we never sell or share it.
Last updated June 2026. This is a plain-language summary of how The Daily Fellowship of Bread (“we,” “us”) handles your information.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, for example, when you fill out our volunteer form, subscribe to updates, or email us. That can include your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), city, and whatever you write in a message.
We don't require an account, and you never have to share any personal information to receive food from us.
How we use it
- To reply to you and answer your questions.
- To coordinate volunteering and let you know about opportunities.
- To send occasional updates, only if you asked to receive them.
How form submissions are handled
Our forms are delivered to us by Formspree, a third-party form service that passes your submission along to our email. They process the data on our behalf; please see their privacy policy for details. Our email is handled through standard, access-controlled email services.
What we never do
We never sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the trusted services above that help us operate. We only disclose information if required by law.
Cookies & tracking
This site doesn't use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used, it will be in aggregate and won't identify you.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from updates at any time, and you can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you've shared. Just email hello@dailybreadfellowship.org and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our site and forms are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll revise the date above. Material changes will be reflected here on this page.
